Sometimes in life, we get frustrated, overwhelmed, confused, hurt, or just plan tired of struggling. It’s at times like these that we’re most vulnerable. And, in order to make it through the fight, we need a listening ear, guidance, and, sometimes, a push in the right direction, so we can become the best version of ourselves. Most of the time, that takes a lot of work and time. It is my privilege to assist in this process of life change. I enjoy meeting people where they are and, together, working on their unique and personal goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, where, for over 5 years now, I have largely work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and sexual addiction. I also enjoy assisting others with many different issues including problems with self-esteem, marital concerns, anger management, parenting difficulties, and chemical dependency. During my education and through experiences in my life, I have learned the art of integrating my own personal style and abilities into various methods, mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, although I am familiar with many theories and enjoy learning and practicing the assortment of techniques available. I seek to meet clients where they are in life and form a relationship that strives to attain their unique goals.
