Hello! Thank you for choosing me to help you on your journey of improving your mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Pennsylvania, as well as nationally recognized as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. I have over 14 years of professional work experience, specializing in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, trauma & abuse, coping with grief and loss, and work with military families, active service members and veterans.

I wholeheartedly embrace the beauty of vulnerability, and believe in the quote by Brené Brown, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.”

I believe in treating all with dignity, respect, sensitivity and compassion. My therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic, and of course encouraging all ages to be more playful in their journey of growth and discovery.
