My therapeutic approach is holistic and individualized to help the whole person (mind, body, emotions, and spirit). Some of the techniques used include Somatic Energy Healing, Alchemical Hypnotherapy (also known as guided meditation , and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, family, and individuals. Each session is geared to creating a safe space for you to explore, express, release old wounds, and receive clarity and connection to create full mind, body, emotional, and spiritual healing.
