I am a licensed bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Psychologist in the state of Arizona, Minnesota, and Washington, DC. I have been in private practice since 2009. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Criminology from The Florida State University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Florida School of Professional Psychology (FSPP). I also obtained my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from FSPP–Argosy University. I offer individual therapy to adults (18+) in English and Spanish. My passion is helping adults achieve well-being and balance and finding their true authentic selves. I offer an integrative approach to therapy using Cognitive Behavioral techniques and a client-centered approach to therapy. I offer individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. I believe therapy is a collaborative process with the client and therapist and strive to encourage, support, and challenge you to become a better you. I work well with clients who are seeking more effective ways to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My ideal clients are professionals who are motivated and want results.
