I am a licensed psychologist, from the suburbs of New Orleans. Balancing being a wife, mother, scholar, and career woman is constantly a welcomed challenge. I enjoy helping others find tranquility and balance in their own life. I have been providing psychological services for over 7 years. My therapeutic style is collaborative in nature, warm, and honest. I integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. These approaches assist me in addressing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, interpersonal stress, grief, and trauma. I am committed to providing individuals with culturally appropriate coping skills and techniques to increase psychological functioning and emotional well-being. I accomplish this by conducting culturally-sensitive case conceptualizations and treatment plans for culturally-diverse clients that capitalize on their unique strengths and needs.
