Life is an ongoing learning process.. I believe it goes better with Humor… If you like that approach, you will probably not have much trouble engaging in the therapy process. I have had training in Humor in Therapy, and a long time ago concluded it is a good component of a strategy for managing with life’s numerous barriers, challenges and transitions. I am NOT new to either life or this profession, and would be happy to be a support for you and share what with you what I have learned… and continue to learn..
