My name is Dr. Victoria Gonzalez and I am a licensed psychologist. I specialize in working with motivated adults who are struggling with high functioning anxiety, stress related to life transitions, relational and communication difficulties and low self esteem. What is your approach to therapy? When working with me, you can expect to feel supported, empowered and at times even challenged to increase personal awareness and introspection to create meaningful change in your life. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I would love to be a part of your life journey and help you understand yourself and the barriers you encounter in creating a life that is authentic, meaningful and in line with your personal values.
