I am a DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) certified psychotherapist and educational psychologist licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii with more than 15 years of clinical experience. I approach treatment with a structured approach, empathy, collaboration, and a unique ability to support the challenge of discovering a life that may seem unobtainable. The individuals I have served have ranged in age from age 2 to 90 years young. I have helped these lovely souls with issues ranging from PTSD, race-based traumatic stress, Bipolar Disorder, family issues, depression, anxiety, and learning/behavioral issues that challenge academic achievement or achieving life goals.

My therapy style is progressive and interactive. I believe in mutual respect, sensitivity, accountability, and offering compassion in the process of understanding yourself.
