With 25+ years experience in both outpatient therapy and school settings, I've worked with people of all ages to help establish the skills they need to manage emotions, improve coping skills and overcome obstacles. I'm passionate about helping individuals who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety and depression. I enjoy offering support to overwhelmed caregivers, educators and young adults who are navigating career and relationship issues.
