I am a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I help people from all walks of life reduce feelings of overwhelm and discomfort by growing their confidence, achieving their personal goals and being able to bring their best selves to their relationships. Life can be challenging--and we are not meant to go through it without a good support system. I will be part of that support for you, and most importantly, show you how to realize your own internal strengths that you can tap into whenever life throws you a curve ball. You already have everything you need and I can show you how to find it.
