I've worked in the mental health field since 2004, and I absolutely love my job! Although I have experience working with issues such as anxiety and depression, my specialty is addiction counseling. I also enjoy working with couples, parents and teenagers, and I have a special interest in helping people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I offer Christian counseling for individuals and couples who are looking for a faith-based approach. In the past, I've taught counseling and psychology classes, and I offer supervision for other counselors. Clients comment on my patience, knowledgeability, humor, and gentle yet direct approach as the characteristics they appreciate the most during our sessions.
