My personal compassion for persons in emotional pain, motivates me to use current evidence-based practices to produce tangible results. I will use a biopsychsocical assessment to develop a comprehensive case conceptualization, to identify key symptoms and to promote change in underlying core issues.
I specialize in complicated grief therapy, Christian Counseling, family counseling, relationships, trauma, stress management, depression, anxiety, and men's issues.
Believing in a higher purpose, provides meaning, joy, and stability in life. My goal is to help my clients trust in their unique design, and to gain insight into new and richer resources, to live a more productive and peaceful life.
