Hi! My name is Tiffany and I have been working as a therapist for almost a decade now. I completed my PhD in Community Psychology and have my Master's degree in Couple's and Family Therapy. I have worked with clients of all ages and have effectively helped clients find relief from issues such as depression, sexual issues, anxiety, PTSD and communication difficulties. As a relational therapist, I work with couples of all types, including those with alternative relationship practices (BDSM, kink, and polyamory). So, if you are an individual struggling with issues related to alternative lifestyles, I can help! I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including contextual family therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed visualization, EMDR but, overall, create a unique treatment plan to incorporate what works best for my client. My goal is to help clients create strategies and life skills to reduce difficulties in their life that are causing them to feel overwhelmed.
