I am licensed in California with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with chronic illness, stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, coping with grief and loss, & eating disorders. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. There is no "one size fits all" model that works for everyone so I treat each patient uniquely and based on individual needs and make adjustments as needed. I spend a lot of time getting to know YOU, where you came from, what makes you "tick" and what you respond to best. I use a lot of humor (when appropriate of course). I strive to respond to messages as quickly as possible.
