I invite you to work with me one-on-one to explore solutions for living and thriving in this ever-changing world. I believe that each person’s overall well-being is linked to the quality of their 24-hour lifestyle. I consider most behavioral issues to be persistent patterns that respond to empathy and support intervention. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy for Insomnia, sleep problems, Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Insomnia, and sleep-wake cycle problems.

I am licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of Texas and board-certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. I completed my doctoral work at the University of Toledo in Ohio and did my post-doctoral training in Michigan at the Henry Ford Sleep and Research Center and Stanford University. I have over 20 years of experience working with clients undergoing sleep-related challenges.
