I am licensed in North Carolina and Virginia with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients of all ages coping with addictions, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes.

I use a strengths-based approach working to focus on what is working and doing more of that. This is fairly present-focused although it is important to look to the past at times to gain a better understanding of our current self. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion as we work to strengthen your sense of self. We will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs as this is a partnership.
