Greetings.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. With over 11 years of experience in social services, academia, and community engagement, I have intentionally maintained focus on community wellness.

As a mental health and wellness professional I strive to ensure the awareness and personal power that benefits growth and development. I am thankful to support others in their journey of inner-standing and clarity. My professional beliefs are that there are no coincidences yet our interactions with life can have amazing benefits for our wants and needs overall.

As a mental health and wellness professional it is important to tailor your goals for strategies that infuse multicultural considerations to increase awareness of natural ability and skills. My therapy style is rooted in client/ person centered approach, whereas I engage with the client on their terms based on the needs they are expressing. As a result, responding to the various needs of development based on stressors, experiences and abilities I will integrate an eclectic framework using behavioral and cognitive based skill building ( such as CBT or Reality Therapy). Counseling engages and promotes this development as well. I encourage the exploration of the client to build insight towards their identity, expression, reflection and application.
