Hi! I am a Dr. of Counselor Education and Supervision as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) in Washington State. I have worked and volunteered in the human services field, helping people, for nearly twenty years. I use Strategic-based therapies and traditional psychotherapy to help people become who they really want to be!

I am a skilled listener, and I will support people's values and goals. Often, I find that a solution-based, person-centered, systems therapy combine to help in the most effective way. I am always learning the newest and best evidence-based techniques that help people with mood, self-esteem, confidence, behavior-changes, and goals achievement.

I have a warm, welcoming, accepting style-- and I believe that people have more answers within themselves than they might know about! So, I help others uncover their inner value, and reach a higher plane of existence, no matter whether they believe in God or not. I really care about others, and I want them to experience happiness and peace!
