Hello...

I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Wisconsin. I help adults that are experiencing anxiety and/or depression, relationship concerns, big changes, or are just not feeling good about themselves or their life and aren't sure how to make things better.

Insight isn't always expected or easy to accept, and change can be difficult sometimes. But it's usually really worth it! I feel that all humans can benefit from having an impartial space in which to reflect and receive educated feedback. I view psychological health as just as important as physical health.
