I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota. I have over 14 years of experience working to support youth and families in community-based, school-based, telehealth, and outpatient settings. As a therapist, I take a strength-based and non-judgmental approach focused on helping my clients meet their goals in a safe and supportive environment. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have experience providing individual, group, family, and couples counseling and have worked with a variety of mental health issues and diagnoses such as depression, stress & anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, and self-esteem. I tailor my dialog and treatment approach to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. Taking the first step and getting started with therapy takes courage and I am proud of you!
