Having worked and lived abroad for several years and traveled to many countries, my personal, professional, and academic background gives me a well-rounded and enriched perspective on the world and its challenges. I believe this has enabled me to be a more relatable and effective therapist.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and emphasizes diversity, social justice, building relationships, and focusing on strengths to promote long-term change.
