Hello! I am Dr. Susan Giurleo, a psychologist with over 20 years experience helping people heal and improve their mental health.

I specialize in supporting those with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism,Behavioral/Emotional Dysregulation with a particular focus on helping young adults, parents and those going through stressful life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative and client centered. You are the expert on you and I utilize my training and expertise to guide you toward your specific goals. To do this I utilize cogntiive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, insight-oriented and solution-focused approaches.

All of my clients identify specific goals for therapy and we check in frequently on your progress towards your goals. in this way, our work is focused and effective. I will also suggest skills to practice so that you can engage in healing and improvement between sessions.

I consider my role as a therapist in my clients' lives as an honor and a priviledge. Taking steps towards healing is brave and rewarding!
