Dr. Steven Macchione is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and related disorders in adults and older adults. He is comfortable working with minority populations including immigrants and LGBTQ individuals. One of Dr. Macchione’s greatest assets as a psychologist is the diversity of his training and practical experience. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, group, and couples therapy using a variety of evidence-based practices. Dr. Macchione uses an eclectic approach that incorporates existential and person-centered perspectives with components of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
