Hello and welcome! My name is Dr. Philpott-Jones. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 6 years of experience helping folks recover from a wide range of issues. I have extensive experience treating PTSD, substance abuse and addiction, mood disorders, severe and persistent thought disorders, grief and bereavement, as well as personality disorders. I also specialize in men’s psychology and the treatment of first responders.

As a strengths-based clinician, I believe that you have the ability to create change in a short amount of time. I approach treatment using empirically supported modalities, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I also incorporate aspects of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
