First, let me applaud you for your courage to seek help. I am Dr. Stephanie Garcia, a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina. I have approximately five years of direct counseling experience in various settings, including individuals, couples, families, groups, and the military/veteran population. Via these settings, a variety of issues have been addressed, including but not limited to conduct disorders, developmental disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, compulsion disorders, trauma, and stress-related disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, spiritual concerns, career concerns, and parenting concerns.
