As a survivor of childhood trauma and domestic violence, I know how difficult it is to navigate through feelings of fear and self-doubt; or tip-toeing through mine fields of repressed memories to avoid having them manifest in other ways. I know what blame looks like, and what shame feels like and how each one can stifle relationships. I went through this alone, but you don’t have to. As your therapist, I can help you lift the veil of trauma and abuse by journeying with you to UN-cover the past, so that you can RE-cover from it and then DIS-cover your new path to emotional freedom.
