Hello! I am Dr. Sophia L. Kary, a licensed clinical psychologist in both New York and New Jersey. I have over 15 years experience treating individuals in both my private practice and online platforms. My therapeutic approach is collaborative in nature, working with patients through their journey. I use an eclectic approach, drawing on cognitive-behavior theory and mindfulness. I strive to facilitate optimal social-emotional-behavioral health and functioning for each person and encourage growth every step of the way. I believe that emotional growth and change is possible and can be achieved. I look forward to working with you!
