About
I have extensive experience working with high school and college-aged individuals; women (alone or with their partners) in the preconception and/or perinatal period; couples in any phase of their relationship; and adult individuals trying to cope with the challenges of everyday life. In my work with clients, we address anxiety, depression, self-image, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, issues related to life transitions, and whatever else may arise along the way. My therapy style is authentic, curious, and nonjudgmental. I inject compassionate humor as often as possible. My aim is to work diligently to empower you with the tools you need to gain insight and emerge from the therapy process stronger, happier, and with a clearer sense of self. I am deeply about passionate clinical work and love what I do. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and help you achieve your goals. In addition to clinical practice at ITGW, I am also an assistant professor at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Georgetown University.
