Welcome to Find A Therapist, you probably found yourself here because you are working on your wellness. It can be difficult trying to find the right person to work with in accomplishing your goals. I am going to tell you something about myself so you can decide if you think we might be a good fit on your journey toward wellness.

I have been a social worker for over 30 years and have worked with people from all walks of life and who like yourself are trying to work on your wellness. I have worked with people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and difficulties in relationships. I try to listen to my clients and work with them as a team. I encourage my clients to involve others who may be helpful to their treatment as I believe that relationships are important in our wellness. I focus on client’s strengths as I believe this is the way people generally improve the way they think and feel.

I am available for video sessions, phone, and messages. I am available during the day or evenings. I check my messages frequently. I know it is difficult getting started on this journey and if you choose to, I look forward to working with you.
