Hello! My name is Shelley Upton and I am a licensed psychologist in Utah with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with grief and loss, navigating family dynamics, and coping with anxiety and depression. I utilize elements of both cognitive behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in my work.

I have particular expertise in working with people who are neurodivergent (e.g., ADHD, autism). However, I often work with neurotypical clients as well. I aim to create a welcoming and comfortable space in therapy so that you can share how you're feeling without judgment. I will work with you to process your emotions in a healthy way and build the skills you need for the life you want. I believe in treating every client compassionately and with respect.
