Greetings!

I am a licensed psychologist in California and Nebraska. My practice of psychology grew from the desire to help others find their voice and build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa and obtained my master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology with special interests in diversity and development from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University-Chicago.

I have experience with providing therapy and assessment services to diverse populations within community, and military settings across the country. I primarily rely on a combination of evidence and strength-based approaches to address an array of issues to include relationship problems, trauma, poor self-esteem, anxiety, mood concerns, grief, inequality, and major life transitions or milestones.
