I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland with over 20 years of experience providing therapy and psychoeducation to individuals, couples, families, and organizations. My experience ranges from working with clients who struggles with challenges such as depression, anger, and anxiety, couples with relationship challenges, families in conflict, and organizations to provide presentations on stress management, conflict resolution, and dealing with change.

I believe that the counseling relationship is reciprocal. I appreciate the opportunity to help you work through and resolve challenges but I can't do it without your investment in our sessions. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and neutral atmosphere where you feel respected. My approach is generally cognitive-behavioral, however, I do incorporate other approaches to best meet your individual needs.
