I'm Dr. Sesha Zinn, as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, college students, families, high profile professionals and first responders. Throughout my career I have been a foster parent, a social worker, a youth athletic coach, a high-level administrator and a mom. I would love to help you find your path forward on your journey to living the very best version of your life. What is your approach to therapy? I have been in private practice for the past 8 years and I have seen clients via Telehealth for 5 years, through this format our time together is comfortable, enjoyable and productive. We check in, process what is currently going on in your life, set goals and identify strategies to be solution focused in improving the quality of your life and explore how your past is linked to your present and future self. We create a safe space that can be accessed as often as needed from anywhere. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My clients leave each session with a sense of processing their current state as well as identifying what factors are contributing to their current mental health. Sessions are client centered and directed, clients leave with tools and resources to help them meet their goals and achieve the quality of life they are hopeful for.
