Dr. Sarah Gruszka is a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, with much of her career focused on mental health for college and graduate student-aged young adults. She has done extensive training and works with individuals with disordered eating and body image concerns. Dr. Gruszka also works with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity development concerns. Dr. Gruszka integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit the needs of each individual client.
