I am a clinical and forensic psychologist specializing in trauma, first responder/vicarious trauma, substance abuse, and caregiver burnout. Whether you’re struggling with symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder, or simply trying to cope with day-to-day life, I will work closely with you to build on your strengths and restore your confidence. I incorporate a multifaceted approach, tailored to each client. There is no one size fits all treatment. Life gets overwhelming, especially in today's world. It can be easy to forget to take care of yourself. Maybe you’re dealing with addiction yourself or have a loved one who seems out of reach. Maybe your job involves chronic stress and it’s hard not to take it home. I offer a safe place to work through the pains of the past and the anxieties of the present in the hopes for a better future.
