Hello! Welcome to my profile and thanks for being here! My name is Dr. Mitchell, and I'm here to help. I have years of experience working with adults, older adults, and parents to help them feel stress relief and gain control over their life once again. I’ve also worked with children and adolescents, and understand how difficult life can be during those times as well. It's extremely important to me that you feel safe when speaking with me.

I have worked in many states (FL, AZ, TX) and have seen people from all different backgrounds and cultures. I graduated with my doctorate in clinical psychology and have specialized training in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, and suicidality. I also provide support to the LGBTQ+ community and providing community education and outreach. Life is stressful and I am here to help you feel that you can still be productive and accomplish your goals. I can't wait to speak with you soon!
