Hi! My Name is Sandra Winans. I am a licensed psychologist and I am glad you are here. I have worked with children and adults with a wide range of concerns including academic issues, anxiety, family conflicts, social issues, self-esteem concerns, and parenting issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with school-aged children on academic and emotional issues in the school setting. I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas in 1993, a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Disorders from UT Dallas in 1995, and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston in 2002. Basically, I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. Whether you are seeking a change for a more confident and joyful life or just need a non-judgmental ear to listen, I am here to support and encourage you!
