About
As a Clinical Psychologist, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. I have learned that respect and compassion are the cornerstones of successful therapy and I strive to bring these components to every encounter with my clients. I have vast experience treating depressive disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and women's issues among others. As a veteran and prior active duty provider, I am well versed in issues pertaining to military life including PTSD, adjustment disorders and stress related to PCS, retirement and separation. I have worked with active duty members, veterans and their families. I draw from evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am trained and experienced in treating trauma related problems using Prolonged exposure, EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I treat each client as an individual, and together, we explore and find the perfect fit for your personality and issue. I look forward to walking this path of healing with you and bring peace to your life in the comfort of your own space.
