I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience.

My counseling style is warm but firm. I am dedicated to helping you get the life you want and I will gently guide you into doing what it takes to get there.

My unique background as a former active duty military psychologist and the first onsite hospital psychologist means that I've worked with hundreds of clients with a wide range of concerns. I have also been a psychology professor and facilitated numerous trainings for companies on topics such as Mental Health Awareness, Resiliency, Avoiding Burnout, Stress Management, Getting Better Sleep, etc.

My specialty is sleep problems which typically resolve in 6-8 sessions. I look forward to helping you get better sleep too!
