I am Dr. OK and I am a believer that with positive efforts and assistance that everything will be ok in life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is trained and motivated to improve the bio-psycho-social well-being of those with whom I work. I may utilize these modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. I was a tenured university professor of social work for 20 years and I am skilled with providing career coaching, grief counseling, obesity reduction, and child and senior caregiving issues.
