I have my Ph.D in Clinical Psychologist. I have been treating clients for approximately 15 years. I grew up and still reside in Southern California. I have worked with adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns including relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, individual/family crises, survivors of abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. My approach is warm and genuine. My sessions are collaborative in order for clients to develop effective coping skills in their lives.
I focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy while at the same time taking a collective approach. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. Together we can establish strategies that lead to purpose and practical solutions. It takes a lot of courage to take that first step and seek therapy. I am dedicated to empowering people to do their best and be the best person they can be.
