I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with eating disorders, LGBTQIA* issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I use evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, FBT, ERP, Parent Management Training, and Motivational Interviewing) and tailor my approach to each individual client. I am conscious of the impact of cultural factors on the presenting problem and hope to approach my client holistically, taking into consideration all their identities and values. I hope to create a safe, collaborative, and transparent working relationship to support clients making the progress they want to see. I welcome feedback from my clients so that I can make any adjustments necessary to support everyone feeling safe and comfortable in treatment.
