Dr. DenBoer was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She completed her undergraduate degree at The State University of New York – Brockport and her graduate degree at Nova Southeastern University. During her doctoral externship, she trained at The University of Miami’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UM-CARD). She completed her final predoctoral training through the The University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine at Jackson Memorial’s Behavioral Health Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. DenBoer enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. While she appreciates the warmth and sun that Florida offers, she also enjoys traveling to New York and Michigan to visit with her extended family.
