Hello, and welcome. I'm Dr. Ryan Reed, a practicing psychologist since 2015. Throughout life, many of us find ourselves feeling pulled in a thousand directions, unable to keep up with the stressors of life. Other times, we struggle with more specific situations like anxiety, grief or loss, depression, or recovering from a trauma. I'm here to help you overcome these hurdles and get back to the life that you want. I also help high performers manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and soul. I am well-experienced with the practical application of mindfulness exercises to help improve and enhance performance. Whatever stage of life you find yourself struggling with at this time, I'm here to help. As someone who has been to therapy, I understand the struggle of seeking help.
