I have practiced individual psychotherapy as a clinical psychologist for 45 years. I have written seven books and recorded more than 150 guided meditations.

Ten years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The medical professionals have been competent and kind but, ethically, no one can assure me of a cure or offer me hope. Fortunately, my experience wit healing in psychological terms has taught me that reality has many layers. Meditation and journal writing lead me to hope and healing when traditional thinking offers me none.

I want to work with individuals who cannot find hope in traditional ways of thinking but want a better life for themselves.
