About
I am licensed clinical psychologist in California with nearly 20 years experience. I work with clients on a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I also have extensive training in loss and grief as well as substance abuse and addiction. In addition to my private practice, I am a professor of psychology teaching doctoral students psychopathology and family therapy.
My approach with clients is to help them live a life led by their strengths. My goal is to help clients gain more insight and self-awareness in order to live a life with intention; a life they want to be living. My goal is to help clients learn about their role in their relationships with others in order to have more meaningful and connected ones. My approach is wellness based to help clients incorporate self-care, balance, and mindfulness. To live a more present life and to incorporate joy.
