About

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health profession. My experiences are in the area of mental health, education, coaching, and consulting, with experience in working with vast populations and teaching topics that are relative to one's life situation, work, and goals. I have years of experience serving individuals from Pre-school to Seniors. Additionally, I have served as a mental health educator, supervisor, private practitioner, consultant, and researcher, which adds not only to my counseling, coaching, and teaching skills but to my ability to relate to real-life circumstances and people. I have worked with children and adults in individual and group therapy and for coaching, in both private and school settings. In addition, I am a Nationally Certified School Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and have received formal training in coaching based on IFC standards.
Some of my specialties include grief counseling, relationship counseling, working with individuals who are experiencing loss in multiple areas, parenting, working with individuals with chronic illness, and those who have dealt with abuse.
