I work with individuals, couples, and families on topics that sometime may hold you back from reaching your life and relationship goals. My mission is to provide holistic counseling and personable services to support a diverse population in achieving their highest potential. My approach to counseling is instilling power in each individual to achieve their goals. I believe that empowering my clients with the proper tools and skills fosters continued growth for them to reach their life goals. It is my goal to empower my clients so they leave the office feeling happier.
I have a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a background working with college students, adults in career transition, adolescents, at-risk youth, military members and their family's, and couples.
