I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Washington with over 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, coping with addictions, relationship concerns, and dealing with life changes. While my approach utilizes Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, I'm primarily a Client-Centered psychologist. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
