My therapeutic approach for practice is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy to provide education on how individuals’ thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns might affect self-reflecting and relationships with others. Another key element of my practice is highlighting how trauma can affect individuals’ viewpoints toward future goals. I am also fully aware of the importance of tailoring my treatment modalities to meet each individual's specific needs, which is why I use a client-centered approach. Together we will focus on breaking unhelpful patterns that hinder growth and quality of life.
